Mobile Check Deposit
The cutoff time for Mobile Check Deposits are based off of the time zone in which the account was opened. Checks received by the following cutoff times on a business day are considered deposited on that day, and will usually be available the following business day.

Funds transferred before 10:45 p.m. ET on a business day show the same day’s date in the transaction history
Funds transferred after 10:45 p.m., but before 11:59 p.m. ET, on a business day are included in the balance to pay transactions that night–but, they will show the next day’s date in the transaction history

If you make a deposit after the cut-off time, the bank or credit union can treat your deposit as if it was made on the next business day. A bank or credit union's cut-off time for receiving deposits can be no earlier than 2:00 p.m. at physical locations and no earlier than noon at an ATM or elsewhere.
When transferring to or from your U.S. Bank account same business day transfers cut-off times are as follows: Checking, savings and reserve lines: 12 a.m. local time. Checking or savings payments to a first mortgage: 4:30 p.m. CT.
Generally, a bank must make the first $225 from the deposit available—for either cash withdrawal or check writing purposes—at the start of the next business day after the banking day that the deposit is made. The rest of the deposit should generally be available on the second business day.
Funds deposited before 9:00 p.m. ET on a business day will generally be available the next business day. Funds deposited before 8:00 p.m. PT on a business day will generally be available the next business day. You will be notified if a hold is placed on any deposited funds.
Once you receive a check, you may not have immediate access to the full amount when you deposit into your bank account. Usually, it takes up to two business days for a deposited check to fully clear. This may be true even if your stated balance indicates otherwise.
Interbank Fund Transfers done via PESONet have two different cut-off times every business day: 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. i) Transactions performed before 9:00 AM on a business day shall be processed on or before 2:00 PM within the same business day.
Most transactions post at the end of each business day but posting order and times can vary. Business days for banks are generally Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm, excluding federal holidays. Transactions received outside of these hours, including on weekends, are usually posted on the next business day.
You should find out when your bank's cut-off time is for wire transfers to ensure your transfer arrives on time. The cut-off time is usually 5 pm, but it can vary between banks. Banks will process requests made after this time the following business day.
This cut-off time is usually before 3.30pm over the phone or at a branch and 5pm online (this can vary depending on the bank). However, using this method means you won't be able to transfer money on a bank holiday or at the weekend. If you do, then the payment will always be sent the next working day.

Many popular banks such as Ally Bank, Axos and SoFi® offer instant mobile deposit availability. The fastest way to deposit a check is usually via your bank's mobile app, with funds being available the same day or a couple days later—it depends on the bank.
